We're seeking a Customer Support Specialist to manage customer inquiries via email and phone, including cancellations, returns, deliveries, claims, and product requests. You will process customer orders over the phone, offer purchase guidance, and ensure efficient order handling. Additionally, you will coordinate with suppliers to address delivery delays and communicate essential customer messages to key departments.

The responsibilities include:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Proficiency in German (C1) and fluency in English (B2)
  • At least 1 year of support experience
  • Excellent communication skills to handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and within teams
  • Attentive, persistent, and solution-oriented approach
  • Strong work ethic and adaptability in a dynamic business environment
