Project Lead - Dry Type Transformer Innovation

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of innovative dry-type transformers as a seasoned project manager.

You will be responsible for planning, implementing and delivering new technology and product developments. Your goal will be to drive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and quality project delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative environment by leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Drive stakeholder communication and engagement to secure buy-in and support.
  • Solution Implementation: Support the implementation of developed solutions in factories and delivery projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
  • Professional Certifications: PMI/PMBOK certification (desirable).
  • Languages: Advanced English (required); Spanish (desired).
