Electrical Transformer Development Manager

You will lead the development of dry-type transformers, driving innovation and quality excellence. Your expertise in project management and electrical engineering will be pivotal in delivering cutting-edge technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop new product technologies for dry-type transformers to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and technical excellence in transformer projects.
- Coordinate market insights, proposals, and stakeholder engagement to drive business growth.
- Establish effective communication plans and manage change requests to meet client needs.
- Support solution implementation in factories and delivery projects to ensure seamless integration.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
- Project Management training with PMI/PMBOK certification is a plus.
- Advanced English language proficiency is required; Spanish is a plus.
- Knowledge of MS Project, Office Suite, and transformers is an asset.
