Job Title: Experienced User Experience Operations Professional

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced User Experience Operations professional to drive our business forward by balancing user experience and transaction volume. As a key member of our team, you will monitor traffic conversion efficiency across internal and external channels daily, identify reasons for changes, and discover business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop operation plans based on phased business objectives and coordinate resources from product, development, and other business departments to promote launch.
  • Manage product requirements related to traffic and shopping guide, drive planning and implementation by the product and research teams, and control launch risks.
  • Lead innovative projects in the traffic direction, completing project planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Requirements:

  • Work experience in e-commerce/O2O traffic operations, user operations, strategy operations, or related fields is required.
  • Strong logical thinking and framework-building skills, able to present work outputs in an organized manner.
  • Proficient data analysis skills, skilled in using SQL for data extraction, capable of independently completing complex special-topic data analyses.
  • Strong self-motivation, willing to take on challenges, and responsible for delivering work results.
  • English and Chinese proficiency sufficient for use as working languages.
