Job Title: Commerce Logistics Lead
">- Manage logistics operations in Brazil, including courier delivery, fulfillment warehouses, reverse logistics, and reverse warehousing.
- Oversee end-to-end logistics performance across various logistics models.
- Develop and manage key strategic relationships with partners, including 3PLs and logistics providers.
- Oversee operational performance indicators (KPIs), conduct root-cause analyses of issues, and provide feedback on expected solutions and their business impact.
- Offer short-term support to the business as needed while working toward long-term solutions.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably with an engineering, science, logistics transportation, or operation management background.
- At least 5+ years of working experience in logistics, with experience in an e-commerce platform a plus.
- Fair understanding of e-commerce marketplace operation and governance policy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to secure alignment.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, analytical and data-driven.
