Job Description:

As a Business Development Program Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to optimize sales team performance and drive growth among unmanaged Amazon sellers. Your role will involve analyzing seller behavior patterns, developing comprehensive strategies to increase adoption of key success drivers, and creating an efficient lead generation and distribution system. Additionally, you will monitor and evaluate sales team performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

About the Team:

Our ESM (Existing Seller Management) Retention & Growth Team is dedicated to empowering and supporting unmanaged sellers throughout their journey in our marketplace. We combine data-driven insights with personalized support to help sellers maximize their potential and overcome challenges.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of sales or account management experience
  • 2+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles experience
  • Experience with Excel
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts
  • Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS platforms
