IT Engineer Recruitment Specialist

Sweden's IT sector is in need of skilled engineers, with approximately 30,000 professionals required by 2030 according to the Swedish Statistical Central Bureau. Currently, there are around 200 open positions for software engineers with clients in Sweden. As a senior headhunter, you will be responsible for finding engineers who are ready to take on an adventure to Sweden.
Living standards in Sweden are exceptional by international comparisons, and we require a significant number of engineers. Your primary task will be to locate suitable candidates and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden. Building trust with potential candidates will also be a key aspect of your role. You will have the support of a global team of recruiters and an executive management team in Sweden, as well as our Swedish delivery management team handling relocation matters for our consultants.
We will handle all logistical aspects related to relocating employees, including visa applications, work permits, travel arrangements, housing, and more. Our clients operate primarily within the fields of software development, R&D, cybersecurity, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development. You will work closely with colleagues from various countries, including Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Vietnam.
Required Skills and Qualifications">- At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment or similar technical roles.
- A solid network of local engineering talent within the IT sector.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a flexible approach to finding solutions.
- Strong quality awareness and brand recognition.
- Familiarity with headhunting principles and IT outstaffing/outsourcing companies.
- Upper intermediate English proficiency.
- Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and methods, with the ability to learn new concepts.
- Analytical and organized, with attention to detail and the ability to identify and close recruitment requests.
- Confident, social, friendly, and outgoing, with high self-motivation.
- Durable and persistent, with the capacity to overcome obstacles.
- Passionate about success, with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work and colleagues.
- Responsive and responsible, with a professional appearance.
- Full-time contract as a Private Entrepreneur.
- Minimum 12-month contract duration.
- Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday.
- Overtime compensation at a rate of 1:1 in flexible time.
- Location flexibility, with the option to work from home or a co-location center of your choice.
- Economic remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
