Sweden's Engineering Gap: Finding Talent in a Competitive Market

We are facing a significant shortage of skilled engineers in Sweden. The country needs approximately 200 open positions for software engineers to be filled.

This is where you come in, as a senior headhunter, you will play a crucial role in bridging this gap. Your task will be to identify top engineers willing to relocate to Sweden and highlight the benefits of living and working in this fantastic country.

Living standards in Sweden are among the highest internationally, making it an attractive destination for professionals. To ensure a smooth transition, our global team of recruiters and Swedish delivery management will provide comprehensive support.

We work with clients across various sectors, including software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development. You will work closely with colleagues from diverse locations worldwide.

The Challenge
  • Finding and recruiting highly skilled engineers in a competitive market.
  • Highlighting the benefits of relocating to Sweden.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of professional recruitment experience in IT or similar technical fields.
  • A well-established network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Exceptional service orientation and adaptability.
  • High-quality branding and awareness.
  • Understanding of headhunting principles and IT outstaffing/outsourcing concepts.
  • Upper intermediate English proficiency.
  • Familiarity with contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new ones.
  • Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and passionate about success.
What We Offer

  • Minimum 12 months.
  • Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday.
  • Overtime compensation at 1:1 in flex time.

  • Remuneration starting at 1200 USD (including remittance fees and taxes).
