Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Project Coordinator. As the primary point of contact for our client accounts, you will be responsible for understanding their vision, setting expectations, and ensuring successful project outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in video production or post-production, be fluent in English and Spanish, and have proven experience managing creative projects or accounts. You will be skilled with project tools like ClickUp, SPP, Slack, and Loom, and have strong organizational and time-management skills.

In this role, you will collaborate with editors and creative leads to ensure every project meets deadlines, quality standards, and brand guidelines. You will provide thoughtful feedback and creative direction when needed, proactively manage timelines, priorities, and resource allocation, troubleshoot roadblocks like a pro, and own the post-production pipeline across multiple accounts and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client accounts and coordinate project workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in video production or post-production
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Proven experience managing creative projects or accounts
  • Skilled with project tools like ClickUp, SPP, Slack, and Loom

  • Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM Bogotá time (1-hour lunch break)
