Project Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled project control professional to join our team in Exploration & Production. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing cost management, maintaining schedules and risks for modification projects.
  • Preparing modifications work programs and budgets towards partners.
  • Planning Modification and maintenance campaign windows, providing inputs to Operational Projects Manager and to Activity Steering Group Forum.
  • Planning project activities from short to long term and integrating projects plan with masterplan.
  • Setting up baseline and following up on progress, KPIs.
  • Accruals and cost reclassifications.
  • Managing contractors plans, baseline, and progress.
  • Providing inputs to external and internal reporting/audits.
  • Coordinating logistics of materials to/from offshore.
  • Supporting control of non-conformities towards suppliers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business Administration, Engineering or Economics.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience with a minimum of 2 years of experience with project control, controlling or planning activities.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese.
  • Solid knowledge of finance and planning principles is required.
  • Knowledge in SAFRAN, Primavera or MS Project is required.
  • Risk management experience is required.
  • Experience from the oil and gas industry, construction or international companies is required. Previous experience with topside modification project will be positively observed.
  • SAP and Power BI knowledge are desirable.
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills in a multicultural environment.
  • Ability to handle responsibility and high workloads.
  • Strong analytical ability required.
