Description

The opportunity involves collaborating with a dynamic Legal and Integrity team. A motivated Junior Lawyer will participate in an 18-month learning program, focusing on developing the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful legal career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Regional Head of Legal and Country Heads of Legal in providing expert legal advice and counseling to management across various legal issues or within a specialist area, and manage dispute and litigation matters as directed.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and prepare high-quality legal documents.
  • Support contract review and negotiation, including frame agreements, contracts, and partnerships.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of effective legal strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local legal regulations, and Group directives; assist with the implementation of both local and group legal and integrity directives and instructions.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in law required.
  • 0-2 years of experience preferred.
  • Ability to be agile and keen to learn is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Strong interest in technology and process improvement is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial.
  • High level of integrity and ethical standards is expected.
