About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager to join our team at Hirebridge. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a dual role, combining financial oversight of marketing budget management and procurement with technical and strategic responsibilities of marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Budget Management & Procurement (50%):
  • Manage the marketing budget within established parameters, ensuring accurate tracking, forecasting, and allocation of funds in line with company objectives.
  • Provide financial guidance and recommendations to marketing teams, ensuring that budget allocations support strategic goals and maximize ROI.
  • Oversee procurement processes, including managing purchase orders (POs) and tracking invoices in our financial system, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget constraints.
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new vendors, ensuring proper documentation and alignment with company standards.
  • Generate detailed reports on actual versus planned marketing spend, providing insights to senior management to support informed financial decision-making.
Marketing Operations (50%):
  • Collaborate with marketing and field marketing teams to build, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring campaigns are launched on time, targeted effectively, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Utilize advanced skills to set up, test, and optimize campaign workflows, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and automated processes, ensuring accurate data capture and tracking to support campaign performance analysis.
  • Drive the selection, implementation, and optimization of new marketing technologies within our MarTech stack.
  • Analyze marketing data to provide insights and recommendations, maintaining dashboards and reports to monitor key performance metrics.
Requirements
  1. Experience with budget tracking and procurement operations using financial software.
  2. 4+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related role, with strong expertise in marketing automation platforms and data analysis tools.
  3. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and marketing data, providing actionable insights.
  5. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  6. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  7. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in both financial and operational processes.
  8. Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  9. Advanced English communication skills.
