As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to strengthen our brand presence and drive business growth within the highly competitive LATAM market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute bespoke marketing strategies to position Games Global as a leader in the online slot B2B supplier industry in the LATAM market.
  2. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities within the online slot B2B supplier industry in the LATAM market.
  3. Brand Management: Develop and implement branding strategies to enhance the company's visibility and positioning in the LATAM market.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  5. Content Creation: Create compelling and engaging content tailored to the target audience, including blog posts, whitepapers, and multimedia content.
  6. Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media dedicated to the LATAM market.
  7. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
  8. Event Management: Plan and execute participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
  9. Budget Management: Manage the LATAM marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  10. Reporting and Communication: Monitor and report on the return on investment for marketing initiatives to the Head of Marketing.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Proven experience of 5+ years in marketing roles within the online gaming industry.
  3. Language Skills: Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  4. Skills: Strong analytical skills.
