Descrição do Cargo:

  Desenvolver ações comerciais para gerenciar o fluxo de vendas e alcançar metas.

Competências e Habilidades:

Requisitos Necessários:

  Experiência Proveniente em Vendas Externas, Técnicas e/ou Consultivas;

  Conhecimento e Especialização no Setor Comercial com Mínimo Ensino Médio Completo ou Superior em Áreas Conexas.

Pré Requisitos:

  Possuir Moto e Ser Conformado Para Uso No Trabalho;

  Estarem Cadastrados na Carteira Nacional de Habilitação (CNH) na Categoria A.

Responsabilidades:

  • Prospectar clientes externos e realizar visitas para promover produtos;
  • Realizar demonstrações dos produtos e oferecer amostras para os clientes potenciais;
  • Executar as negociações para fechar pedidos e contratos;
  • Alimentar e trabalhar com sistemas de CRM para gerenciar contatos e prospectar novas oportunidades;
  • Realizar atividades de pós-venda para garantir a satisfação do cliente.
Benefícios e Incentivos:

O cargo oferece remuneração fixa de R$ 1.750,00 + variável, totalizando cerca de R$ 2.650,00 (para Comerciante Junior) caso atinga os KPIs estabelecidos. Existem também a possibilidade de contratação de funcionários em classificações superiores (Pleno e Sênior), considerando a experiência e habilidades.

Regime de Contratação: CLT Efetivo.

Horário de Expediente: Segunda-feira a Quinta-feira das 7:00 às 17:00 horas e Sexta-feira das 07:00 às 16:00 horas, com 1 hora intra-jornada.
