Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and support across various business systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Work on tasks outside of the queue as assigned by management, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop knowledge of and learn business systems, such as Siebel, CSC, and ECP, within the organization.
  • Recognize and escalate when standard processes are not functioning correctly, ensuring seamless issue resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service is required, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • A High School diploma or equivalent is necessary, with an undergraduate diploma or current enrollment in a University being a plus.
  • Advanced English proficiency is mandatory, with fluency in Spanish being desirable.
  • Microsoft Office Intermediate skills are essential for this role.
