Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional service via phone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering customer questions, diagnosing and solving problems in a timely and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and solve customer problems with a high level of competence and efficiency
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers via phone, ensuring their issues are resolved promptly
  • Collaborate with peers and manager to maintain seamless communication and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to a productive and friendly work environment
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal English and French communication skills (Fluent/Native level)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • A quiet environment, free of distractions and background noise, is essential
  • Previous experience as a Voice Support agent is an asset
