Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow detailed instructions and prioritize customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Customer Service Support and B2B Wholesale Sales.
  • Knowledge of Amazon Marketplace (Seller Central, Amazon Policies, Guidelines, Regulations).
  • Ability to communicate with warmth and empathy through written and verbal communication.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
