Key Responsibilities:- Utilize tools and programs to research accounts, review options, and communicate them effectively to customers.
- Actively problem-solve and provide creative solutions to ensure the appropriate customer outcome.
- Follow detailed instructions and prioritize customer needs.
- Experience in Customer Service Support and B2B Wholesale Sales.
- Knowledge of Amazon Marketplace (Seller Central, Amazon Policies, Guidelines, Regulations).
- Ability to communicate with warmth and empathy through written and verbal communication.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
