We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Behavioral Therapist. This role involves providing home-based behavior health therapy for toddlers, preschool, and school-age children.
Your responsibilities will include managing a caseload, conducting direct 1:1 therapy sessions, implementing ABA strategies, collecting data, and providing updates to clinical supervisors. You will also have opportunities to attend professional development meetings, learn new skills, and help children overcome challenges.
Key Qualifications and Skills- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong motivation to learn and adapt to new situations.
- Prior experience in ABA is preferred but not required; paid training and preparation are provided.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Hold a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
- Pass a background check and obtain TB clearance.
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive environment. Our programs focus on reducing problematic behaviors, improving communication skills, social skills, self-help skills, and parent education.
