Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive growth and profitability.
  • Identify and pursue new sponsorship opportunities through market analysis and proactive outreach.
  • Negotiate and manage sponsorship contracts and commercial alliances to maximize brand positioning and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and foster loyalty.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to execute sponsorship contracts at events.
  • Analyze commercial performance using key metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead and develop a team of talented managers and specialists to drive commercial success.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience in commercial agreement management and team leadership.
  • Proven track record in sports sponsorships and team management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a win-win mindset.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus.
