Project Management Expertise Required

Job Summary:

This role involves overseeing the successful delivery of projects based on the OutSystems platform, ensuring high-quality results, timely completion, and precise scope.

  • End-to-end delivery management, encompassing scope, timelines, and budget control
  • Project planning, monitoring, and reporting to track progress effectively
  • Support for pre-sales activities, including RFP/RFI analysis and solution presentations
  • Risk identification and mitigation strategy development
  • Ensuring compliance with ITIL best practices and organizational governance
  • Leading technical teams in alignment with ServiceNow and organizational standards
  • Performance indicator (KPI) monitoring and generating progress reports
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in low-code and automation platforms, such as OutSystems, Mendix, or Apian
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)
  • Ability to manage multiple technologies and diverse squads simultaneously
  • Understanding of platform integrations (APIs, web services, databases)
  • Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and delivery metrics
Desirable Skills:
  • Certifications such as Scrum Master, PMP, ITIL, or platform-specific credentials
  • Experience in multinational environments and collaboration with distributed teams
  • Contract and SLA management expertise
  • Prior involvement in digital transformation or intelligent automation initiatives
