Project Management Specialist

  • About this role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Specialist to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams in the execution of complex projects. The successful candidate will have expertise in project management, with experience in supervising assembly and installation of equipment and structures.

  • Key responsibilities:
  1. Manage improvement projects for internal customers, ensuring effective communication between stakeholders.
  2. Prepare periodic reports as requested by management.
  3. Evaluate proposals, create schedules, and develop installation procedures and documentation.
  4. Assist in the follow-up and execution of projects during maintenance shutdowns in shipyards.

You will be working in a global environment with diverse teams, using your skills to drive real change in the traditional and new energy industry.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience with Office package, Office 365 applications, MS Project.
  • Negotiation skills, leadership spirit, good communication, ease of working in teams.
  • Education in Engineering (preferably mechanical) with active CREA.
