Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead software development and web application projects with international clients. This role requires strong experience in project management, team leadership, and strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. They will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring project progress, as well as ensuring effective communication with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate project workloads, allocating resources effectively.
  • Maintain and prioritize task backlogs for demand management.
  • Prepare and analyze technical proposals and functional documents.
  • Monitor and mediate project progress, taking corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure deadlines and costs remain within planned scope.
  • Coordinate project teams and evaluate completed tasks and activities.
  • Formalize acceptance of deliverables for project phases or milestones.
  • Facilitate and coordinate communication with clients, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
  • Prepare monitoring and evaluation reports.
  • Participate in follow-up and review meetings.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions, presentations, and seminars.
  • Manage project closure, validating hours worked and supporting the billing process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing software/web development projects.
  • Experience in international projects with daily use of English and Spanish.
  • Proven experience in leading multicultural teams.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Located within the Latin America or United States time zone.

Nice to Have:

  • Certifications in project management methodologies (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, etc.).
  • Experience in digital transformation or large-scale projects.
  • Advanced/fluency in Portuguese (desirable, not mandatory).
