- Review contracts for marketing, rental, commercial and vendor service agreements.
- Assist in reviewing data protection terms and conditions, privacy policy and coordinating reviews of general matters consulted by Global and Regional Offices. Consulting on new products, services and advertising/selling strategies that involve processing of personal data.
- Coordinate review of general matters submitted by Global and Regional Offices, such as legal requirements to launch new product and service, marketing and sales campaigns, etc.
- Support Subsidiaries' local legal team by coordinating and reviewing strategic cases handled by local office, providing insights and supports on demand. Our Subsidiaries are located in almost all Latin America countries, including Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Panama and Peru.
- Bachelor's degree in Law required.
- Advanced English skills.
- Proven experience in Law offices.
- Experience reviewing contracts.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Advanced English skills.
- Spanish skills will be considered a plus.
