Key Responsibilities- Support business growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
- Provide legal guidance on commercial transactions, licensing agreements, and other business-related matters.
- Develop and implement business development strategies that drive revenue growth and expansion.
- JD (or equivalent) and experience in corporate law.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
- 5+ years of experience in business development or related field.
- Fluent English language skills, with ability to negotiate and draft contracts.
