Grow Affiliate Partnerships as a Strategic Business Development Professional

Binance is a leading global blockchain ecosystem with a strong presence in over 100 countries, trusted by millions of users for its industry-leading security and digital-asset products.

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in managing and growing affiliate partnerships, strong communication and crisis management skills, deep knowledge of referral/affiliate programs, and a growth-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tailored growth strategies for high-potential partners and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Drive cross-product conversion across Binance offerings, enhancing user experience and increasing revenue.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline affiliate-related initiatives and ensure seamless execution.
  • Proactively manage partner expectations, resolve conflicts, and handle crisis communications professionally.
  • Provide data-driven insights and performance reports to optimize affiliate contributions to the business.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner relations, or growth marketing.
  • Proven success in managing affiliate or referral programs, ideally in fintech or crypto.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders across cultures and regions.
  • Demonstrated crisis and relationship management experience.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret metrics and identify growth opportunities.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages would be an advantage.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a collaborative attitude.
