Deployment Lead

We are seeking an experienced Technology Deployment Specialist to lead the deployment of industrial software in manufacturing environments across Brazil and other Latin American countries. This critical role offers high visibility, direct responsibility, and a hands-on impact on client success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the full implementation process of industrial software in production lines.
  • Plan deployments line-by-line and machine-by-machine, considering criticality, tech readiness, and other key factors.
  • Manage on-site technical teams including automation engineers, data integration specialists, and support roles.
  • Coordinate the installation of industrial automation hardware (PLCs, sensors, gateways) during scheduled downtimes.
  • Oversee data acquisition and integration required for software functionality.
  • Ensure software is installed correctly by interfacing with internal development teams.
  • Own stakeholder management across production, IT, maintenance, and operations leadership.
  • Monitor timelines, deliverables, and risk factors while maintaining high standards of service quality.
  • Document processes, gather feedback, and share insights to improve future deployment cycles.
  • Maintain and grow client accounts through strong relationship management and project execution.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in deployment, project management, industrial engineering, or automation in manufacturing environments.
  • Solid background in manufacturing operations (required).
  • Advanced English (required); Spanish is a plus.
  • Willingness and availability to travel frequently (up to 70%).
