We are currently seeking a skilled Power BI developer to fill a critical role in our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to drive digital transformation and excellence in the Pharma and Life Science industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive reports in Power BI or other tools, with a focus on delivering high-quality insights to stakeholders
  • Design and implement proposals for improving existing report functionality, ensuring seamless user experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop best approaches and methods for digital campaign analysis
  • Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance colleague capabilities
  • Participate in the development of holistic KPI tracking approaches to drive business growth
  • Conduct market research on internal requests to identify trends and opportunities
  • Facilitate meetings with clients to gather requirements and build strong relationships
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Power BI report development
  • Expertise in data modeling and analysis
  • Deep knowledge and experience working with Power BI, Excel, and SQL
  • Proficiency in writing database queries using SQL
  • Experience in creating complex reports and visualizations
  • Strong understanding of data collection and cleaning processes
  • Knowledge of database systems and data management principles
  • Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation
  • Experience collaborating with English-speaking external clients
  • Aquainted with cloud services such as AWS (Athena, Lambda, S3) or similar platforms
  • English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Business analysis and process construction skills
  • Experience with AI and machine learning technologies
  • Ability to design and develop advanced solutions using Data Science and Machine Learning
