Job Title: Team Lead Merchandising Specialist
">This role is ideal for an experienced professional seeking a challenging opportunity in field team management and trade marketing.
As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store activities, ensuring compliance with company standards, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Managing field teams to achieve business objectives
- Ensuring adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Executing planograms and visual merchandising strategies
- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors
- Analyzing store data and sales trends
- Maintaining strong client relationships and communication
Requirements include:
- A complete high school education or equivalent
- B driver's license
- Availability to travel regularly
- Experience in team management and trade marketing
Preferred Skills include experience with specific tools like PWBI and Involves, as well as the ability to analyze information and prepare presentations.
This is a full-time operational role working Monday to Saturday during specified hours. Benefits offered include meal vouchers, fuel assistance, medical and dental plans.
The role is classified as Mid-Senior level within sales and business development in the advertising services industry.
