Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion, and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet client requirements.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and scope to ensure successful project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on Oracle Cloud Program management.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including risk and issue management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
