Key Account Sales Professional

A seasoned sales representative is sought after to establish and maintain strong relationships with carriers. This role requires exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to secure optimal freight costs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as a primary point of contact for carriers.
  • Identify, develop, and manage high-volume carrier relationships.
  • Multitask while maintaining top-notch customer service standards.
  • Foster long-standing relationships with carriers to increase freight volume.
  • Provide training and support to new carriers on platform usage.
  • Collaborate with key carriers to grow their businesses.
  • Negotiate optimal freight costs for carriers.

This position involves close collaboration with the customer experience team to address issue escalations and partner with stakeholders at all levels.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in account management, sales, or customer support.
  • Team management experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
