Job Overview

This role focuses on the analysis and specification of requirements to support system development actions. The ideal candidate will provide technical advisory and collaborate with teams to align activities with project goals.

The job involves leading or participating in requirements gathering activities, including user interviews and workshops. Additionally, it requires mapping business rules and processes, organizing and documenting information clearly and precisely.

The Requirements Analyst will be part of Axis 3 and report to the Axis Coordinator. This position is responsible for refining and prioritizing requirements with development, UX, and coordination teams, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and technical feasibility.

The successful candidate will have experience in gathering and specifying functional and non-functional requirements, as well as proficiency with agile and modeling tools.

The analyst may perform other duties as required to support project operations.
