Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Gap Consultant to join our team at Discovery Limited. As a Telesales Gap Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, answering inbound calls, and making required outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue sales opportunities to drive business growth
  2. Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  3. Meet and exceed sales targets and quality metrics
  4. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:

  1. At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in an outbound telesales environment
  2. Minimum 1 year of life product knowledge, with Discovery Life knowledge being an advantage
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  5. PC literacy, email, Word, and Excel skills
