  • Perform monitoring, incident management, redundancy, and incident reporting activities with utmost precision.
  • Monitor multiple business systems across service dependencies to detect incidents in real-time.
  • React promptly to execute redundancy protocols based on service type and coordinate incident communication effectively.
Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualities:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in monitoring, incident management, or a related field (two years is recommended).
  • In-depth knowledge of monitoring methodologies and incident reporting processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to facilitate effective team collaboration and client interaction.
