We are seeking an exceptional Project Management professional to lead the implementation of large-scale software globally.
About the RoleThis is a 9-month project requiring a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager who can work independently and remotely, with willingness to travel for client engagements as needed.
- Lead the implementation of large-scale software globally, preferably with Kronos implementation experience.
- Implement Workforce Dimensions and/or Dell Boomi for Dimensions, which will be a strong value add.
- Work closely with teams utilizing onshore and offshore resources.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading multiple teams composed of members from client, internal, and external vendors and partners.
- Developing and managing project plans at a detailed level.
- Managing client expectations and mitigating risks for the benefit of the project.
- Communicating both technically and from a business perspective.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- 10+ years of Project Management experience working with multiple teams.
- English Advanced (B2-C1) language proficiency.
- Experience with Kronos and UKG Pro Workforce Management, which is highly desirable.
PREFERRED SKILLS INCLUDE PMP CERTIFICATION AND INTERMEDIATE SPANISH PROFICIENCY.
