Business Development Representative Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, building relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research to identify ideal customer profiles by industry, geography, and financial needs.
  • Develop and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns based on intent signals, regional insights, and buyer personas.
  • Tailor messaging for different use cases, including cross-border payments, workforce management, FX management, capital solutions, cards, and beyond.
  • Engage in discovery calls to explore business models, payment challenges, cash flow needs, and growth goals.
  • Position our value proposition based on regional context and competitor landscape.
  • Surface opportunities, handle objections, and book qualified meetings for sales teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with local trends and lead sources; partner with sales, customer success, and marketing to ensure seamless lead handoff, messaging consistency, and nurturing.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in an SDR/BDR role, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or B2B financial services.
  • A track record of exceeding KPIs for outbound pipeline generation and qualified meetings booked.
  • Experience working with small businesses, exporters, digital platforms, or financial decision-makers.
  • Proficiency with outbound tools (Salesloft/Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator, Aircall, Salesforce).
  • Native or fluent Spanish or Portuguese (depending on location). Strong English required for internal communication.
  • Based in Mexico, Brazil, or Argentina (hybrid or remote from local hubs).
