We seek a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to residents in a home-like setting.
As a clinical leader, you will be responsible for leading the nursing team with high standards in accuracy, follow-through, communication, urgency, and compassion.
- Initiate and manage resident care plans and assessments ensuring physician's orders and residents' needs are being met.
- Educate residents and their families on the appropriate care plan and genuinely get to know them and their goals.
You must have a graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing and a current license as an RN issued by the Commonwealth of PA or MD.
Prior nursing experience in a long-term skilled nursing facility or an acute care facility is required along with critical thinking skills and ability to perform physical tasks required in this role.
- Able to manage, supervise, lead, direct, plan, coordinate, staff, develop, and make decisions independently.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine passion for delivering quality care to our residents.
