Marketing Associate

The role of a Marketing Associate is pivotal in supporting the marketing team with various tasks to enhance department agility and align with marketing strategies.

• Collaborate in building marketing campaigns and contribute to improving department efficiency.
• Propose innovative digital campaign strategies for the Custom Culinary brand.
• Recommend content creation for diverse channels with a digital agency.
• Develop and suggest effective mechanics for incentive campaigns in partnership with clients and partners.
• Create engaging internal presentations.
• Analyze social media channels of the Custom Culinary brand and competitors, in collaboration with the digital service provider, to generate insightful reports and identify impactful actions for new investments.
• Support administrative activities such as invoice processing and coordination with finance and legal departments.

• Possess a degree in Advertising, Marketing, or Public Relations.
• Experience in marketing within industries is desirable.
• Familiarity with the food industry is beneficial.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Adept at utilizing social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.
• Experience with editing and creation tools like Illustrator, Corel Draw, and Photoshop is advantageous.

English or Spanish proficiency is a plus.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices. They will be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and exhibit excellent communication skills. The candidate should also be proficient in MS Office and have experience with social media platforms. Experience in the food industry is highly desirable.
