Job Description:

The role of Topline Manager focuses on delivering financial analysis and commercial insights to support business decisions. As a key member of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, you will work closely with operating units, hubs, and stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and operational deliverables.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing geographic scope for LATAM, with a focus in Brazil in the short term
  • Collaborating and fostering relationships with LATAM operating unit and other hubs within Financial Services/Platform Services to execute strategic initiatives and support on operational deliverables
  • Redefining Commercial Finance Stills processes to deliver monthly financial analysis and create working files to support it
  • Proposing and implementing process improvement opportunities to improve Stills processes deliverables quality and timeliness including automation and data visualization
  • Translating data into insights: ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret various types of data related to profit sharing model

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of related work experience in Commercial Finance (Stills knowledge will be a plus)
  • Experience in business planning, financial planning, and reporting, involving influencing, communicating effectively, and managing the business needs across a varied group of business stakeholders
  • Experience in other business functions and field operation will be a plus
  • Experience in virtual management across cultures and time zones is a plus
  • Experience in a multinational with a global footprint
