We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Motorsport-Total GmbH. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in supporting the business by providing strategic HR guidance and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Partnering
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and business stakeholders to understand their HR needs and priorities.
    • Provide HR guidance and support to ensure effective implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Labor Relations
    • Manage labor relations activities, including collective bargaining, grievance resolution, and workplace investigations.
    • Develop and implement strategies to maintain positive labor relations and minimize conflict.
  • Talent Management
    • Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers on recruitment, selection, and performance management processes.
  • HR Operations

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field.
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on labor relations and talent management.

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to analyze complex HR issues and develop effective solutions.
    • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
