Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the JD Edwards environment and interface with client management and end-users
  • Work hands-on to fix defects, incidents, and service requests
  • Perform reviews for performance optimization and best practices
  • Create functional specification documents
  • Adhere to SLAs and priorities, incident management, and change management processes
Requirements:
  • English advanced/fluent
  • Experience on JD Edwards Support
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, Economy, or a related field
  • Knowledge of finance processes
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, communication, independence, and self-organization
Desirable Skills:
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Agile methodology
  • Familiarity with JDE XE version
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps
