Team Leader of Maintenance

BENTELER Automotive is seeking a seasoned Team Leader to oversee the maintenance team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and processes.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional with a background in electrical or mechanical engineering. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and excellent leadership skills.

  • Read and interpret technical drawings
  • Familiarity with welding processes, including MIG/MAG, spot welding, and stud welding
  • Knowledge of laser cutting processes
  • Experience with automotive system assembly
  • Proficiency with robotics (ABB)
  • Familiarity with measurement instruments

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
