Security Professional Career Opportunity

This is a key role within the operations team, responsible for securing people, assets, and information. The Security Specialist will be based on-site at a Sort Center Operations facility in Cajamar/SP.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct investigations related to theft, workplace violence, incident management, and physical security of the building.
  • Lead the on-site security structure, ensuring efficient and effective security services and asset protection.
  • Manage the security team contract and enhance, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead internal and external theft and fraud investigations and conduct interviews when appropriate.
  • Effectively handle security incidents, including potential and actual workplace violence, according to policy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree
  • Experience in loss prevention activities, asset protection, and property security
  • Intermediate English skills
  • Able to work flexible hours/shifts, including weekends and holidays
