Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team as a travel assistant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring seamless experiences for our clients and employees.

This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues.

As a travel assistant, you will serve as a key liaison between our clients and travel companies, resolving any issues that may arise during travel.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Fluency in English
  2. Proven customer service experience
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Strong organizational and time-management skills
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an aptitude to learn new software and systems

Previous experience working in the travel industry and proficiency in booking software such as Sabre or Travelport are highly desirable.
