Personnel Logistics Coordinator

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Register and program personnel in the SISPAT/SAP system
  • - Coordinate complex travel arrangements and logistics
  • - Maintain up-to-date documentation in the system
  • - Prepare embark/disembark lists in line with operations teams
  • - Provide detailed reports to internal clients
  • Requirements:
  • - Bachelor's degree completed
  • - Advanced English language skills
  • - Previous experience in offshore logistics and coordination
  • - Knowledge of SISPAT/SAP system registration and programming
  • - Familiarity with mandatory shipping documents and procedures
