Job Title: Outbound Business Development Representative

Mastery new skills and achieve challenging goals in a People First management approach. This role involves contacting submitted leads to confirm their interest, forwarding qualified inquiries to the appropriate retailer, and accurately updating and categorizing leads in the system.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with customers' sensitive information while applying customer happiness practices.

You will maintain knowledge of our client's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Communicate effectively with leads to confirm their interest
  2. Qualify and forward leads to the relevant parties
  3. Update lead status and categorize leads in the system
  4. Handle sensitive customer information with care
  5. Apply customer-centric practices to deliver exceptional service

Requirements:

  • Fluent German and English (C1 written and spoken for both languages)
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Marketing
  • Hands-on experience communicating with and following up on leads
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • A personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
