Experienced IT Talent Acquisition Specialist For High-Growth Tech Projects

We are seeking a seasoned IT talent acquisition specialist to join our team. As an expert recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top engineering talent to drive business growth.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries, including software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development.
Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining a robust network of local engineering talent within the IT sector. You will need to have a solid understanding of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
To succeed in this role, you must have at least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector or similar technical experience. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
A key aspect of this role is your ability to work collaboratively with a global team of recruiters and executive management to identify and attract top talent. You will need to be flexible, adaptable, and able to navigate complex recruitment challenges.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive remuneration package, including a base salary starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes. You will also receive 20 paid vacation days, free national holidays, and paid travels, housing, and per diem.
Employment details: Full-time, long-term contract as a private entrepreneur, minimum 12 months, eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday, overtime compensation 1:1 in flex, location remote or from a co-location center of your choice.
