We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the industrial functions, you will play a vital role in ensuring the performance and installation of industrial means.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead industrial functions in plastic injection (in-house/outsource) and ensure optimal performance and efficient installation of industrial means.
- Organize and motivate the industrial team through regular meetings and effective GRP/JIRA coordination.
- Collaborate with corporate, product, architecture, and design specialists to achieve project goals.
- Develop and document Technical Dossiers for product and process convergence decisions.
- Establish technical specifications for relevant means and ensure alignment with overall project master planning.
- Design manufacturing processes to maximize operational efficiency while ensuring ergonomics and safety standards.
- Oversee the study and implementation of means for internal and supplier installations.
- Approve tooling and authorize dispatch to plants, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Manage the reception of means and site setup, adhering to safety regulations.
- Ensure the aptitude of means, processes, and products as per specifications.
- Deliver high-quality technical documentation on time for each milestone.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Mechatronics Engineering or related fields.
- Proven experience in development, installation, and adjustment of Plastic Injection, mold design, and construction.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English; French is desirable.
- Advanced knowledge of 3D modeling tools (Catia, SolidWorks, etc.).
- Expertise in Excel, VBA, PowerBI.
