Senior Process Engineer

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our industrial functions, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative manufacturing processes.

  • Lead the performance and installation of industrial means in plastic injection (in-house/outsource) to ensure efficient production.
  • Organize and motivate the industrial team, coordinating meetings, GRP, JIRA, etc., to achieve project objectives.
  • Collaborate with corporate, product, architecture, and design specialists to drive business results.
  • Develop and document technical dossiers for product and process convergence decisions.
  • Create technical specifications for relevant means to meet project requirements.
  • Align industrialization planning with overall project master planning to ensure timely delivery.
  • Design manufacturing processes to maximize operational efficiency while ensuring ergonomics and safety standards.
  • Oversee the study and implementation of means for internal and supplier installations.
  • Approve tooling and authorize dispatch to plants to ensure quality and productivity.
  • Manage the reception of means and site setup respecting safety standards.
  • Ensure the aptitude of means, processes, and products as per specifications.
  • Deliver technical documentation on time for each milestone.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Mechatronics Engineering or related fields.
  • Experience in development, installation, and adjustment of Plastic Injection, mold design, and construction.
  • Fluent English; French is desirable.
  • Knowledge of 3D modeling tools (Catia, SolidWorks, etc.).
  • Advanced Excel, VBA, PowerBI skills.
