  • Ensure that Operations functions adhere to policies and standards by overseeing the Control Environment.
  • Implement enhanced controls to meet regulatory commitments.
  • Review Operations errors in accordance with Corporate Operational Risk Event Standards.
  • Conduct deep dives to determine root causes, initiate thematic reviews, and implement remediation actions.
  • Monitor and oversee the timely closure of Operations issues and action plans.
  • Perform periodic health checks to ensure ongoing adherence to policies and standards.

The team is responsible for assisting in top-down risk analysis, real-time control issue detection, escalation, root cause analysis, and remediation. This role requires a strong understanding of operational risk management principles and practices, as well as experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
