Job Title: Digital Customer Engagement Manager

As a Digital Customer Engagement Manager at SAP, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our SAP Cloud customers. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our business unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the customer lifecycle from contract signing to renewal, ensuring seamless delivery of contractual agreements and services.
  • Manage customer onboarding, continuous service delivery, release and maintenance project initiation, change management, and renewal support.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through issue mitigation and escalation management, and help customers maximize the value of their partnership with SAP.
  • Collaborate with Project Leads and SAP Enterprise Cloud Services internal delivery teams to ensure committed scope of delivery throughout the customer engagement lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Engineering graduate with good work experience as a SAP technical consultant in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent customer focus, networking, relationship building, results-driven, self-organized, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management, SAP Basis, and SAP Application.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Basis activities, SAP release upgrades, and infrastructure updates for cloud customers.
  • Good understanding of ECS operations infrastructure, processes, and automation tools like SPC, TIC, etc.
